This position assists the Human Resources Department in the performance of a variety of Human Resources functions and serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Work involves administering daily activities of the Human Resources Department, including but not limited to HRIS management, leave administration, benefits administration, recruitment, compensation, and other related Human Resources functions. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Human Resources Generalist.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
All candidates to fill a vacant position in this classification must meet the following minimum requirements:
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED; and a minimum of two years of college attendance.
Minimum of two (2) years data entry and data ownership experience, preferably in an HR information system environment. Experience with Munis HR Software a plus; or
Any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
